Berkshire Pride

We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Our mission is to provide safe spaces and events where LGBTQIA+ community members can live and thrive as their authentic selves, not only during Pride Month, but also throughout the year. Berkshire Pride Fest is the Berkshires' annual LGBTQIA+ Pride Festival & Parade. Started in 2017, Berkshire Pride welcomes over 1,000 members of the LGBTQIA+ community in The Berkshires and beyond. Every June, with our community partners, we come together to show our pride, celebrate our successes, and stand in solidarity for the marginalized. We take our community partnerships very seriously! They not only require mission-driven compatibility but also trust and reassurance that we are working towards a common goal of safe spaces for all people. When referring folks to other programs and organizations we must ensure their safety and feel confident that they will be accepted, respected & understood. To help us build confidence in their competence, we launched the Berkshire Pride Certified Safe-Space project.
