Berlin Technology Center, located in Berlin-Adlershof, is key overseas center of Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University, Zhejiang (China). By developing, strengthening, collaborating technology transfer, technical exchanges and cooperation between Chinese partners and the counterparts in Europe, we dedicate to helping the incubation of life science, environmental technology, material science projects from tech-enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, industry professionals and makers who are interested in entering the Chinese market and making a significant difference in the world. We support every stage of development — from labs, to prototypes, to validations in cost-effective ways, to investments and beyond. Selected tech projects will be supported financially: a co-investment up to 600,000 EUR with some of company’s equity can be received. While our events, meetups and online platform form a multichannel resource to give the projects the opportunity to gain a sound understanding of Chinese market, business-related policies, culture and catch up with latest market trend. Our corporate partners in China have unique market insights and are able to catapult a startup's access to a local market. We also work closely with corporates to gain access to potential customers and users creating product/market fit. The strong connections and resources in China allow us to serve entrepreneurs and the commercialization effectively and to help with market exploration.
