Berman Techniek, a Dutch company founded in 1980, supplies starter motors and alternators for heavy industry and shipping. For almost 45 years “Berman Techniek” serves our customers and provides sustainable day-to-day supply in big variety of accessories, where alternators and starters take a dominant position. The program includes 200 different starters as replacement for American Delco. The Japanese starters and alternators are focused on truck refrigeration, industrial and diesel applications. DelStar alternators with a very large electrical capacity (12V and 24V up to 600A) also belong to the delivery program. The DelStar Series, brushless alternators are an integral charging system of an innovative design. The compact, heavy duty construction provides efficiency and increased service life expected to match the longer maintenance intervals of todays engines. We are also a supplier of Prestolite alternators, starter motors and parts (also for hydraulic starters). Prestolite Electric is a global manufacturer and supplier of alternators, starters, auxiliary electrical equipment and services to the transportation, industrial and military industry. Prestolite has a strong heritage dating back to 1911, and includes the Leece-Neville, Motorola, Butec and Lucas GAV brands, resulting in a long history of engineering excellence and innovative products. Furthermore, our delivery program consists of Cole Hersee products. Cole Hersee is a manufacturer of electromechanical, electronic, and digital switches and connectors used in sorts of heavy duty vehicles, pleasure boats, construction equipment and many more. We are also the distributor of Elettrostart solenoids: electromagnets that are particularly appreciated for their superior performances in terms of both force and stroke (up to 50 mm) considering their relatively small sizes. The Elettrostart electromagnets are mainly used to stop and speed up the diesel engines.
