At Berrica, we are building a next-generation fruit farming enterprise, beginning with 30,000 m² of high-tech, soilless strawberry cultivation in Antalya. Backed by agricultural finance supports and driven by the vision of a young entrepreneur, we utilize cocopeat substrates, T-shaped gutter systems, and fully automated irrigation to ensure sustainable, high-quality production. In the following phase, we aim to establish a freeze-drying facility to produce export-ready, shelf-stable, and nutrient-rich dried berries and fruits. Our mission is to merge agricultural innovation with value-added product development — positioning Berrica as a pioneering force in Türkiye’s modern fruit economy. Berrica olarak, Antalya’da 30.000 m² üzerine kurulu yüksek teknolojili, topraksız çilek üretim tesisimizle yeni nesil bir meyve tarımı girişimini hayata geçiriyoruz. Tarımsal finansman destekleriyle ve genç bir girişimcinin vizyonuyla yola çıktığımız bu projede; cocopeat substrat, T tipi oluk sistemleri ve tam otomasyonlu sulama altyapısıyla sürdürülebilir ve yüksek verimli üretim hedefliyoruz. İlerleyen aşamada, kuracağımız freeze-dry (dondurarak kurutma) tesisimiz ile taze meyveleri katma değerli, raf ömrü uzun ve besin değeri yüksek ürünlere dönüştürmeyi planlıyoruz. Misyonumuz; modern tarım tekniklerini katma değerli ürün geliştirme anlayışıyla birleştirerek, Türkiye’nin meyve ekonomisinde yenilikçi ve öncü bir rol üstlenmektir.
