The firm owes its name to Gerald Berrigan who established the firm in 1927 and Jeffrey Doube who subsequently joined the firm as a Partner. Berrigan Doube Lawyers was incorporated from a partnership in 2007 and is now part of the Berrigan Doube Lawyers Group.
