Bespoke OT is an inclusive, person-centred occupational therapy service providing individualised support to people of all ages across Perth metro, and extending Australia-wide via Telehealth. We partner with individuals, families, and communities to help people with health conditions and disabilities to achieve meaningful, personal goals. Our approach is collaborative, tailored, and compassionate. We recognise every person’s unique strengths, needs, and aspirations; and pay credit to their supports and environments, which bring important context. Bespoke OT’s services are evidence-based, practical, and designed to fit in with real life, from developing everyday skills to building confidence, connection, and independence. Our special skills and interests include: • Complex psychosocial disability including schizophrenia, personality disorders, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria • Autism, ADHD • Neurological & acquired brain injury rehabilitation & assistive technology • Intellectual disability • Vision impairment Bespoke OT provides: • Therapeutic input to reluctant, difficult-to-engage clients and participants • Brief, solution-focused, targeted blocks of therapeutic work in the community • Functional capacity assessments • NDIA access requests • Medicolegal report writing We combine bottom-up and top-down approaches to help people build skills, adapt to challenges, and engage in life. Therapy is offered within homes, schools, and communities, with a strong focus on including families and key support people in the process.
