Our company was founded in 1982 by José Carlos de Bessa Machado and his mother Margarida Freire de Bessa in the Vila of Lousada. The company started with project development and real estate, focusing in residential and commercial buildings. In the 90’s evolved into project management and consulting company in innovation, sustainability and business development, providing clarity and definition under social concepts, environmental and corporate governance of responsible investments, with a, urban development projects, sports and entertainment venues, other ventures.
