Best BPO Solutions Corporation started in 2018 as a side project providing customer service for eCommerce stores. In 2019, the company created a customer service team to coordinate with foreign and local agencies, local resorts and event coordinators. This spun off to be the Three Monkeys Travel and Tours. In 2020, due to pandemic, all tourism activities are on freeze but the need for customer service roles increased due to a spike in online transactions especially in Western Countries. In 2021, the company pivoted towards enabling businesses to catch up with the digital age by offering digital services such as cloud solutions, PC and mobile applications, digital security enhancements and other eCommerce marketing services.
