First, we recruit people for a course or already with knowledge of freelancers, they open their profiles on the platform, and we connect with companies that need freelancers or people with disabilities for employment. The systemic problems related to the employment of persons with disabilities are the same in all of the Balkan. We offer a unique solution for the employment of persons with disabilities that we solved that problem through our business model.
