Best Fleets to Drive For

Launched in 2008, Best Fleets to Drive For® is the only annual program dedicated to uncovering the best workplaces in the North American trucking industry. Produced by CarriersEdge, Best Fleets to Drive For recognizes the for-hire fleets providing exceptional workplace experiences for their company drivers and independent contractors. The program is open to any for-hire trucking company operating 10 or more tractor-trailers in North America, under their own authority. There is no cost to participate, and fleets do not have to be a member of any organization. Fleets must be nominated by a current driver in their organization to participate, and can be from any sector of the trucking industry – tanker, flatbed, refer, TL, LTL, etc. In addition to recognizing winners in multiple categories, we also share our findings through press stories, webinars, and public presentations at various events and have helped to elevate the trucking industry and conditions for professional drivers.
