Best Value Mart (BVM) was founded in 2020. The company was set up in pure B2C model during the initial stage where 100 per cent of sales transactions were made online with island-wide delivery services.
BVM slowly grew in prominence and started B2B model by serving local schools and corporates clients. BVM offers customisation of gift packs such as selections from beauty, food and beverages, organic and care products. BVM aims to provide more cost savings to its consumers so that its valued customers can spend less and get more value in return.
In 2020, BVM started with only 200 products. Today, BVM offers more than 1,000 products, serving thousands of both online and offline customers in Singapore. BVM functions and operates independently, serving mainly customers who are busy and conscious of “time-saving” as free delivery services were provided. With a vision to deliver happiness to its valued customers, the intention was for customers to enjoy the best products from around the world with just a click.
Being a responsible company, the BVM team works together to reduce wastages and promote sustainability. BVM cares for the environment and the team also eliminate the use of plastic materials whenever possible. The parcels are delivered using clean recycled carton boxes and paper materials are mostly used for gift customization.
One of the main missions of BVM is giving back to the society. A fraction of the revenue will always be set aside for a good cause. BVM uses the fund to support both local and global charity organisations like World Vision, The Singapore Red Cross Society, Food Bank Singapore, Tze Chi Foundation, local nursing homes and many more.
