Better Homes Private Limited is a privately owned small construction company registered in Nepal as per the Nepal Company Act 2006. It is located at Dhobighat, Lalitpur. It consists of a team of architects, engineers, supervisors, and construction workers. It is jointly owned by Mr. Narayan Rijal and Er. Bipin Bhatta. Mr. Narayan Rijal is an experienced businessman working in the construction industry over the past decade and Bipin Bhatta is a Civil Engineer of sound technical knowledge with over 10 years of experience in building design and construction. Better Homes intend to provide the following services to its clients: · Designing and preparing aesthetically pleasing building drawings as per client’s requirement, keeping in mind the municipal bylaws to be followed. · Providing hassle-free service on municipal registration and stepwise approval. · Construction and handover of the project following sound engineering guidelines and with due consideration of the client’s finances.
