Better Properties was formed through a partnership in 2018 with the intent to combine finance and construction knowledge to build a residential rental portfolio. We focus on value-add residential and build to rent investments in most major North Carolina cities. The group is all employee-owned and seeks to offer better housing options to its tenants by providing upgraded properties and superior service. We are a part of a vertically integrated real estate firm offering joint venture, development, construction, property management, and brokerage services.
