Better Beer Society

We are a best practices organization dedicated to increased awareness for beer education and improving industry quality standards; we do this through our professional certification course and range of expert services. The 3 pillars of Better Beer Society are centered around: Education....Dedication...and Celebration. Education: We consult directly with retailers (bars, restaurants, taprooms), helping them to achieve best practices through proper beer service. In order to facilitate these services, all instructors of the Better Beer Society have years of industry experience and are Certified Cicerones®, Beer Judge Certification Program judges, or both. These instructors are well versed in beer styles, history, service, and food pairings. Dedication: In addition to consulting and training, we begin at the ground level by designing and installing efficient draft systems, and ensuring that they are properly maintained, in accordance with Brewers Association guidelines, and through our expert draft maintenance program. We offer QA/QC programming for Brewers Guilds and other trade organizations. We educate consumers and retailers through our Brand Advocate program and lend sales support to our supplier friends in a highly competitive market. We offer this and much more. Celebration: All work and no play? Yeah, right. From time to time, Better Beer Society offers our own creative and unique events set up for the beer community, always centering around the theme of beer education. So, whether it’s one of our series of Blind Tasting events, educational beer dinners, or through our Better Beer Society University, you can be certain that the events will be fun, fresh, and always educational, because we believe that an enlightened beer drinker, is a....better beer drinker.
