BetterBeing Formation

BetterBeing Formation is a teaching center specializing in foot reflexology training. Our objective is to allow podiatrists, physiotherapists, nurses and all those wishing to train in plantar reflexology for therapeutic purposes and well-being in order to allow the immediate use of the techniques learned in daily practice. Our trainers will provide quality teaching adapted to practicing professionals and people wishing to learn new techniques. During each training, we share with you our experiences as therapists in practices and health institutions. The foot reflexology training sessions take place with a maximum of 12 trainees for personalized follow-up, exchanges and privileged sharing. The goal of foot reflexology The main goal of foot reflexology is to help the body as a whole to regain homeostasis. That is to say the balance in its operation. This global approach to the body improves the quality of life regardless of age (child, teenager, adult and senior). Indeed, the feet are the miniaturized representation of the human body. Each reflex zone corresponds to an organ, a gland or a part of the body. Today, more and more health professionals are interested in foot reflexology and are training.
