At Better Self, our psychologists, speech pathologists and stuttering & cluttering teams provide tailored support to individuals of all ages. We believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to express themselves and explore what they want to work toward. Our kind, compassionate professionals walk alongside each client, helping them build skills and overcome barriers, so they can move toward their goal: whatever that looks like for them. We offer personalised, evidence-based psychology, speech pathology and stuttering & cluttering services that truly meet people where they are, acknowledging that no two journeys look the same. We provide services from four sites across the Adelaide metro area as well as via Telehealth. We are proudly part of Lutheran Care, which was founded in 1969 by a group of Lutheran women here in South Australia, to support people at risk of falling between the cracks. Today, we provide community services, emergency relief, homelessness support, parenting programs, psychology, speech pathology and NDIS services to change lives, build communities and help more people achieve their potential.
