Better Together is a peer led community organisation offering support online. We provide daily support groups, individual peer support, recovery education, training and social events. You are welcome to join a community of people who share a lived experience of mental health and/or substance misuse challenges, and a desire to build recovery through emotional support, experience informed learning and social connection.
All supports are co-produced through peer expertise and offered by people with both a lived and learned experience. This is a non-judgemental place of discovery for people seeking ways to support themselves or a loved one.
We are all equal here, we are all learning here, and we are all moving forward together as best we can. Regardless of our struggle, we are always Better Together.
