Our head trainer Lisa Wilson co-founded a chain of multidisciplinary health clinics centers focused on improving her client's body movement, strength and balance which she ran for over 20 years. In 2022, Lisa turned her attention towards developing a new approach to aging by developing a Mindful Movement programme design specifically for her clients over 40 who seek a combination of breathing, stretching and core strength.
