I have over 20 years of extensive experience in the corporate industry, mostly as an Executive Personal Assistant and Office Manager. Working at executive level gave me the opportunity to assist local and international CEO’s, Directors, Country Managers and Managing Directors. This exposure aided me in obtaining valuable knowledge and developing a variety of skills that I share through my Virtual Assistant business and transfer into my client’s businesses. I have a good understanding and demonstration of skills relating to Customer Service, Effective Communication, Project Management, Time Management, Budget planning and coordination, Travel coordination, System Implementation and procedures, Attention to detail, Organizing functions and events, Executive administration support, Diary management, Business Management, Office management as well as the training and management of staff. My educational qualifications include a Secretarial MBA obtained in 2010 and I have recently completed my full ODETDP qualification through ATS in Pretoria. Other training and courses I completed include various Microsoft courses Time management, and customer service courses.
