Beyond Grading

The idea behind the startup is to help explore the various career opportunities at an earlier age so that the students are given more exposure and time to think deeply about their futures. The foundation of the startup lies behind skill identification, what the students are good at doing and what they’re interested in. We are not a counseling firm, instead, we help the students on their journey. We came up with this startup idea because a lot of students face career related problems, which field to choose, not enough seriousness about their futures, being unhappy in whatever they are studying right now, etc. We aim to help them find answers to their questions regarding their careers. Nowadays, there is not enough exposure to the different fields out there. It’s either science or commerce, engineer or doctor, math or biology. The students are forced to do the mainstream subjects, study things they dont like. What we want to do, is to give these students a chance. We will give them exposure to the different kinds of fields out there, the decision will lie in their hands. We work on 3 main principles, Exposure, Exploration and Experience. We will share the experiences of people studying in whatever field the student wants to explore. We will introduce modules and interactive activities for the fields so that the students are more involved and get to know the fields better. Our careers are something that shape our future, we might as well do something that we like for the rest of our lives. Nobody wants to live a life of regret. We at beyond grading aim to provide our product to the schools and other educational institutes.
