Beyond Service Year (BSY) is a youth-focused nonprofit initiative equipping Nigerian graduates with the clarity, digital skills, and opportunities they need to thrive after NYSC. We exist to turn confusion into clarity, helping young people move from “Where do I start?” to “I know exactly what to do next.” Through access to remote work opportunities, personal branding, digital skills, and expert mentorship, we’re equipping young Nigerians with the tools, mindset, and direction to thrive in today’s world of work.
