Beyond Survival -OT Solutions

Our OT service Beyond Survival aims to provide specialised support to survivors of sexual assault, empowering them on their journey to recovery and helping them thrive after trauma. We do this by offering client centred , holistic occupational therapy interventions in order to enhance emotional, mental and social well being, and restore independence. Not only am I an experienced mental health occupational therapist, as well as a trained person centred counsellor, I also have lived experience of sexual trauma. I have created Beyond Survival in order to help others move forward and thrive, enabling them to live the life they want and create positive meaning from negative experiences and not let the trauma they have experienced dictate who they are, what they do and where they go.
