Beyond CEO Coaching

Beyond CEO Coaching has recently launched to provide Black CEOs of public, private, and non-profit organizations one-on-one coaching to help you run and grow your business to success. Our motto is “You are not alone”. We believe it important that every CEO has a coach and even more important that every Black CEO has a coach to really improve their chances for success. At Beyond CEO Coaching, for every Black CEO we coach as a paid client, we will coach an additional Black CEO for FREE. All of our coaches are highly experienced CEOs with a minimum of ten years CEO experience and with companies from $10M to billions-dollar enterprises. This all ties directly to our vision of effectuating significant social change in a world area where we have significant experience – the business world! We coach CEOs of publicly traded, privately owned, and non-profit organizations with a minimum of five employees. CEO’s with annual revenues of less than $1M do not have to pay coach are highly experienced CEOs acting as unbiased advisors (coaches) with the best interest at heart of the CEOs we coach. We have at least 10 (ten) years of CEO experience with growth companies, and most of us are still active CEOs of our own companies. So, if you are a Black CEO, President, Entrepreneur, owner, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Partner in your business, we would like to work with you. We come to the table with serious and positive relevant experience to help our CEOs grow their companies to be as big as they want, and in some cases, we help them make a lot of money exiting the business. We are conscious coaches who will act and inspire with courage. Our plan is not to be the CEO’s coach for several months, but for years and years. In order for the CEOs to stay working with us, we must bring value. However, we are not here to tell the CEOs what to do. We do not stand on the sideline and call the next play.
