Beyond the Bias is a social mobility organization upskilling working-class ethnic minorities aged 11-25 years old with qualifications, opportunities, resources, hobbies and jobs.
We have three branches:
Beyond the Curriculum is dedicated to bridging the gaps of educational poverty. We believe in the potential of young minds and strive to provide real-world experiences, tailored work placements, qualifications, training, bursaries, and comprehensive support for crafting impactful CVs and personal statements.
Beyond the Culture addresses disparities in class poverty, this strand focuses on providing opportunities for young people to acquire new skills and engage in hobbies that may be inaccessible due to financial backgrounds, race, gender, or age.
Beyond the Change is dedicated to empowering our community by providing a platform for young people to voice their insights on community problems. We support these individuals with the resources, mentorships, qualifications, experiences and networks needed to implement, design, and deliver impactful campaigns
