Beyond Yet Within helps individuals achieve their optimal mental health wellness. Through the use of evidence based practices and a holistic approach to mental health wellness, we help individuals accomplish their goals and lead a healthy and balanced life. The foundation of our methodology starts with asking ourselves this question: “How can we help our clients live their best life?” The world shifted drastically since the pandemic and has created a wave of change that shapeshifted every aspect of life, including the way we receive services. Beyond Yet Within was launched during the pandemic to support individuals in their respective journey. We continue to be a virtual safe space for many in New York and New Jersey. We provide psychotherapy through creative, evidenced based and holistic ways to help the client achieve a regulated nervous system which is the foundation of everything else. Being able to regulate ourselves, makes us active participants of our lives, better able to respond to the ebbs-and-flows of life’s experiences.
