The Lebanese Um Khalil restaurant's story is rich in tradition and passion, beginning in 1977 in Jerash, Jordan, when Antoinette Rami Saliba, affectionately known as Um Khalil, brought authentic Lebanese cuisine to the area. Her dedication to quality and hospitality made the restaurant a beloved landmark, attracting both locals and tourists. Over the years, it has hosted many VIP guests, including royalty and celebrities.
In 2014, Um Khalil's legacy was carried forward by three of her grandsons, who founded Beyti Group. They expanded the business by opening a new branch in Amman and introducing new concepts like Kahwet Um Khalil and LB Lounge, adding a new Branch for UM Khalil in Amman blending authenticity with modernity and continuing to provide exceptional dining experiences.
