The Bangladesh Economic Zone Investors Association (BEZIA) was established on the 1st of November, 2020, under Section 28 of the Companies Act, 1994. Bangladesh Economic Zone Investors Association (BEZIA) will be the representative voice of investors and it is a non-commercial platform and a non-profit association where together it will represent investors from all economic zones including Government, Public, Private, PPP, G2G. The event will create an environment for investment development in economic zones in a consistent and efficient manner with investors from all sectors in Bangladesh and bring together all stakeholders to discuss investment practices, management and quality of business practices. BEZIA provides a platform to protect the business interests of its members. It serves as the highest-level collaborator for local, foreign, NRB, FDI, G2G, and PPP investors to take advantage of the best business opportunities. Through regular meetings and social gatherings, BEZIA members keep in touch and network with the world's largest business movement at home and abroad, so that BEZIA members can actively engage in domestic-foreign trade and trade formation to make their business opportunities more effective. The association helps to create a social build commitment to the environment and social issues perceived by the members. By bringing advanced technology as well as best social and environmental practices, the members of BEZIA take an active role and share their skills in such fields. Participating in various regional and international conferences and forums, the members of BEZIA represented and highlighted the interests of local, foreign, NRB, FDI, G2G and PPP investors in Bangladesh.
