Bfit is a unique health and wellness holistic program-a platform for personal development, motivation for health and fitness where we encourage a healthy & active lifestyle, and aim to build such a community. Inspired by Beachbody USA, I introduced and ran this program as a pilot successfully for six months in Mongolia with over eighty people whom we helped to lose weight and be fit in a new exciting way by incorporating fitness, yoga and meditation.
Bfit now has a trademark TM by the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia and soon to re-launch with a holistic approach to balance Mind-Body-Spirit aligning Work-Life Balance. Bfit has a vision for healthy lifestyle, balance, healthy habit, empowerment and build a community, which will help behavior change, sustain high employee morale and improve overall productivity.
