BFT company is based on strong R&D and many years of experiences of it's team members in food industry, technology and biotechnologies. We developed a new technology for sugar beet processing on to new alternative sweeteners and bulking agents for sugar reduction in food with health benefits for consumers. We believe that We bring disruptive technology for sugar industry, as an alternative for production of food, respectful the healthy diet, and sustainable production goals. BFT production method lower the carbon footprint for sugar beet utilisation to food ingredients with higher value for consumers, without using the chemicals in process, where only green chemistry transform almost 99% of raw material to products with protecting of majority the nutritivelly important substances for enhancement nutrition, while the price of final products stay low, comparable to sugar. Therefore, our products don't increase the price of food, and keep it available for wide range of consumers. We have a mission to upgrade the production of food, enhance sugar beet raw material exploitation and create technologies in harmony with nature for better life in 21st century.
