Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas is the area's premier youth development organization. Our programs, training, and services impact nearly 5,000 children and teens every year. We have strong values, embrace diversity and offer great benefits to allow our employees to maintain a work/life balance. The Boys & Girls Club Movement includes more than 1,140 independent organizations and the national organization, Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Autonomous local organizations serve youth and communities in more than 4,100 Club locations with 56,000 adult professional staff, as well as program volunteers and board members.
