Bakhit Group of companies came in to existence in 1985, when it was decided to diversify the business to other related areas which includes oil trading, shipping & bunkering, launch freight, real estate etc. 14 Marine Vessels & 18 Oil Storage Tankers are owned by Mr. Bakhit used mainly for our own oil trading & related activities to various destinations. Two launches are also owned and chartered against freight to various private parties. Real Estate side, he owns 3 commercial cum residential building at Deira, which are all rented out and the present total rental income from the buildings are AED 3.2M. Recently, a new commercial building at a prime location near Al Qusais Metro Station & Al Towar Centre at a cost of approx. AED 55 Mn and is in the process of renting out to Commercial Banks, Offices etc. His TNW is in the region of AED 700M.
