We are building a B2B marketplace which aims to bring the wholesalers and retailers spread across varied locations closer through a virtual platform. We have currently started out with women’s ethnic wear with plans to expand to other categories as well.
Traditionally, buying and selling in this sector has taken place in-person. However, when due to Covid retailers were not able to physically travel to purchase from the wholesalers, the mode of purchase started shifting to WhatsApp messages and video calls. As of today, more than 50% of trades still continue to take place over WhatsApp as that saves time, effort as well as costs for the parties involved.
Our vision is to decentralise the market through a solution that streamlines the communication as well as the logistics between the buyer and the seller. We aim to capitalise on our first mover advantage, industry knowledge as well as our network of contacts to redesign and digitise the purchasing process in the B2B sector.
