1. Do you serve in my hometown in India?
Answer: We currently serve the NRI families in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam in India. We will be rolling out to more cities in next couple of months.
2. Do you provide transportation to the diagnostic center/lab?
Answer: Currently we do not. Thanks to Uber and Ola, commute has been never been so easy. If our customers ask for it, we will consider to implement it. Our team will provide the address of the lab and directions and will receive the family at the lab.
3. Will you do health checkups at home?
Answer: No. Our annual health checkup packages are designed as per the guidelines from American Cancer Association, Heart Association and Center for Disease control. They require tests like Mammogram to detect breast cancer which cannot be performed at home.
