Bhattad Group was established in 1948 by Late Mr. R. M. Bhattad. The Group is a closely held business house based in Mumbai and over the years, developed a large land bank in and around Mumbai at prime locations with a potential of developing more than 15 Million sq feet. The land parcels have been acquired over a period of time. In light of the changes in the real estate dynamics of Mumbai city, the value of the land parcels owned by the group has appreciated significantly. Bhattad Group is now proposing to unlock the latent value of its land bank by undertaking real estate development at the sites. Group’s other interests is in National and International Exhibitions. RMB Event Management Pvt. Ltd is part of the Group Company and is in the business of exhibition & event management. Over the years, the company has undertaken contracts for many mega shows like AICC Centenary Plenary Session, ELECRAMA, Glimpses of India, Handloom Expo, etc.
