BhavaMar Development LLC (“BhavaMar” or “BhavaMar Development”) is a Texas based residential and commercial development company founded in 2021. BhavaMar primarily develops in Texas, but has plans to expand to other projects nationwide by 2023. Our team has experience in residential, commercial and industrial development, corporate law, real estate law, financial analysis and valuation. BhavaMar looks for investors to help acquire land and invest in future development. Our current development opportunities are in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and South Texas. We are currently working on several projects in multifamily, commercial, residential and industrial development. Our project sizes range from $3-$40 million.
