Established in 2017 and formed NGO in 2018 with help of community members and patrons, Our only Mission is betterment of Son of Soils i.e. Bhoomiputra of Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Our sole concern is the commercial, industrial, economic, social and cultural development of the Bhumiputras, so that the first citizens here can transform their own developing city and live happily in it. Bhoomiputra Foundation started by Vikas Motiram Koli a visionary hyper-functional fishermen originally from Madh Koliwada but born & bought up in Versova Koliwada. He devoted most of his experience for reforming various unorganised sectors in fisher folk community. Vikas also works and operates Fishermen Chamber of Commerce® where global fishermen brotherhood could help each other for betterment of businesses and culture.
