BHP Laboratories are an independent test facility providing a wide range of engineering and scientific measuring, testing and analyzing services to numerous industries throughout Ireland and the UK. We employ over fifty people at our laboratory in Limerick. BHP was founded in 1978 and has over 35 years experience in delivering to our customers an uncompromising personalized service with measurements they can trust – on time.
As Ireland’s premier independent and multidisciplinary laboratory, BHP provides a wide range of testing services to numerous industries. Our business model consists of four different laboratories.

Our customers include pharmaceutical and medical device industries, food industries, manufacturing industries, construction industries, government agencies and local authorities.
