BHSM LLP is a dynamic, commercial law firm located in Dublin 2 with a team of 50 professionals, specialising in Corporate, Property, Banking, Employment, Litigation, Insolvency and Private Client matters. Recognising there existed a gap in the market for a premium, partner-led, and responsive offering, we developed a strategy that places our clients at the core, and an ambition to consistently deliver for them. We strongly believe that our growth and success depends on the growth and success of our clients. Our strategic hires have enabled us to strengthen our offering across core areas, as well as continuing to identify and build new specialist areas – including, Banking and Financial Services, Construction & Projects, Employment & Benefits and Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences. In addition to a sustained focus on indigenous business, we have continued to attract international clients with business interests in Ireland. We are strategic in our approach to ensure there is not an over-dependence on any one department, as the Firm continues to adapt to changing market conditions. We regularly provide Irish legal advice to members of the above networks and their clients in matters that involve Irish businesses and assets.
