Bimiz Group has started its activity on the market of freshly frozen fruits and vegetables in 1988. Since then the company has been developing at a rapid pace to become one of the biggest Polish deep frozen vegetables and fruits producer. In our two plants located in Radzyń Podlaski and Jeziorzany, we purchase, process and freeze the best quality vegetables and fruits, which are supplied by certified farmers from the cleanest regions of Poland. Our fruits and vegetables are natural, fresh, tasty and they do not contain preservatives or any other artificial additives. We obtain top quality products thanks to the very strict control conducted over the production process, beginning with seeds selection, cultivation monitoring, purchasing of raw materials, ending with packaging and final shipping deep frozen products. Freshly harvested fruits and vegetables are transported directly to the plants as quickly as possible in order to keep their natural freshness and maximum content of vitamins and minerals before freezing.
In order to guarantee the highest quality we have implemented food safety management systems in our plants complying with European and Polish standards, including organic production requirements as well:
• BRC (British Retail Consortium),
• HACCP – food safety management system, according to ISO 22000:2006,
• Organic food production certificate PTRE (Council Regulation (EEC) no 2092/91)
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GHP (Good Hygienic Practice),
• BIMIZ – GAP.
