At BIA Controls (Building Intelligence & Automation) we've bundled four decades of demand and energy management know-how into our most recent flagship Load Controller product and are currently installing systems in the US, Canada and the Caribbean islands. Main Functions of our System include: Demand Management- Management of non process critical and cyclable loads to reduce demand which comprises 30% - 60% of typical commercial electric costs. -Building Automation- Startup & shutdown of equipment to reduce energy consumption and improve the efficiency of operations. -Manage and automate lighting interior and exterior lighting to improve energy efficiency, increase safety and maintain brand quality and consistency. -Monitor and remotely alarm critical data points to insure product quality as well as proper maintenance of equipment.
