Bianca Miller, founder of The Be Group, is an ambitious and tenacious individual who enjoys being able to work with people to assist in their personal development. Having worked for the worlds largest management and technology consultancy firm in a HR capacity, Bianca has seen and understood what it takes to succeed in a competitive commercial environment. During Bianca's time at Accenture she was adviser to the graduate population and was tasked by management to collaborate in the creation of the 'Preparing for Promotion' initiative; which was created to impart knowledge to the graduates on personal branding for career advancement. After a short stint in financial recruitment Bianca saw first hand that there was a need for personal development services for people of all ages for the purposes of employability, career advancement and for increased confidence in their lives as a whole. The business was born.. Bianca now manages a team of consultants that advise in the following areas: - Personal Brand Development (Success Planning) - Employability Skills - Image Consultancy 'Be Styled UK' the image consultancy side of 'The Be Group' are approved stylists for Westfield London and as such are featured on their website: http://uk.westfield.com/thevillagelondon/services/personal-stylists/ Bianca is regularly asked to deliver keynote and motivational speeches for clients in addition to her renowned talks on Personal Branding. Bianca was a candidate on BBC business show ‘The Apprentice’ in 2014, she went onto become the runner up in the final of the show. Bianca’s business idea is to launch a range of ‘skin tone’ hosiery for women of all ethnicities; from English Rose to Sub Saharan African skin tones. She was piped to the winning post at the very last point. The final decision from Lord Sugar is still hotly contested by the media and fans of the show but Bianca has persevered and launched ‘Bianca Miller London’ in November 2015.
