With that in mind we have developed our supply chain and internal management to ensure our capability to deliver an extended early works package if required. A typical extended package might include: • Asbestos survey / removal • Retained façade ( incl design ) • Temporary works ( incl design ) • Bulk excavations • Pile mat ( incl design ) • Site remediation • Site set up / security All BibbEgan projects undergo a pre-start assessment setting out the parameters for the method statements, risk assessments, waste/traffic management and the H&S prestart documentation. Careful consideration is given to logistics and plant allocation with a view to efficiency and programme certainty.
