The journey of our flavors begin in the state of Lara, where Bicuye was born five years ago by the hand of Jesús Castillo and Sebastián Lodato, two young entrepreneurs from Barquisimeto deeply passionate about Venezuela who decided to bet on entering the exciting world of agave cocui. Each bottle is signed by our maestros cocuyeros, whose family generations have been passionate for Venezuelan agave for over 300 years producing cocuy and many other products with it. Each of our harvests are hand-numbered, segmenting the production batches with the characteristic name that represents their story. The launch of our most recent Bicuye vintage takes the name Cosecha Calicanto. Our commitment goes beyond the bottle, with the purpose of creating extraordinary experiences, personalizing every second to take the Venezuelan Agave to destinations uncharted. Innovation, quality and new processes are the means by which we are commitment to lead the agave cocui to places where it has never been before. We are partnering our product with Venezuelan high end gastronomy and cocktails to expose the versatility of the flavors of our cocuy. Each bottle expresses the desire to produce the best quality cocuy in the world, as a result of authentic, innovative and sustainable processes that represent the maximum purity of our premium cocuy.
