Bieling & Petsche Stanzformen GmbH has been producing high-quality cutting dies for the packaging materials production at its locations in Elixhausen and Vienna for about 50 years. We are the market leader in Austria and also sell our cutting tools in the neighbouring regions of Germany, Hungary and Switzerland. Our offer includes the production of cutting dies for solid board and corrugated board. At Elixhausen, we also produce tools for rotary cutting dies. Altogether there are 75 employees at the two locations. Our essential success factors are extensive know-how and qualified employees. With great commitment and passion as well as years of experience, they ensure that our customers are always provided with high-quality products. Since 2012, we have been part of the CITO GROUP, the global technology leader in print finishing. This offers the unique opportunity of using the latest material developments with the cutting dies and responding to all customer requirements and needs in an optimal way. The focus here is on ejection material. Seal of Quality: Certified Die-Maker - In 2019, the company was awarded the title of Certified Die-Maker for tools in solid board production by the renowned machine manufacturer Bobst Group SA. Thanks to this certification programme, our customers can be sure that our tools meet the highest requirements as to quality and performance. BOBST and CITO entered into a partnership in April 2020. The aim of this alliance is to develop standards that help to increase the productivity and efficiency of the packaging and tool industry. In a joint effort, the concept of High Performance Tooling (HPT) was launched. Tools carrying the HPT seal feature materials specially developed for the diecutting process and include ejection material with ISEGA certification and the self-adhesive CITO EasyFix System.
