Biffen's Kitchen

Biffen's Kitchen originated as a website to inspire others to discover their love for cooking by sharing free recipes while working 9-5 in London as a Ski Marketing Manager. It was one surf trip in September 2019 that made him leave his secure job and take the risk of establishing his own surf-inspired street food van by the beach in Croyde. Now voted the best place to eat in Croyde on Tripadvisor, he is in no rush to head back to the office. His surf-inspired street food offers a variety of cuisines throughout the season. From beach breaks in Taghazout (Morocco) to the cold shores of Shikoku (Japan) and let’s not forget the warm waters of Puerto Escondido (Mexico). He always offer a simple choice of meat and plant-based options in his breakfast and evening menu with gluten free options available.
