BIFSTL is based on the vision and philosophy of "jobs first” and “community involvement” with the goal of using the Clubhouse Model to support individuals with brain injury. BIFSTL offers vocational services which include: employment preparedness, job development, employment retention and return to work services. Besides vocational services BIFSTL also provides adjustment counseling, transitional home and community support, prevocational training, supported employment long term follow along and special instruction.
