Big Bloom

Big Bloom is a global initiative that aims to accelerate social innovations from impact organizations. Today, it's over 200 accelerated social innovations in 15 different countries. 🚀 How? Through hackathons and incubations for good. 👉 A hackathon for good is a collective intelligence seminar to address an association's strategic challenge. Following the Big Bloom method, participants, gathered in teams, are coached to propose a concrete project in a short time. Each solution is presented in front of a high-level jury, which determines the most innovative and suitable for the beneficiary organization. 👉 An incubation for good is the concretization of the winning project of the hackathon. In 6 workshops of 3 hours, 8 to 10 participants (employees of companies, associations or committed citizens) accompanied by a Big Bloom coach, develop a turnkey project for the association. Win-win meetings: for the participants, it is a learning experience because they are trained in Design Thinking. For the associations, it's a high-impact help because they leave with concrete solutions to implement.
