We are a team of dedicated Quantity Surveyors providing completely online remote end to end tendering services for construction contractors across New Zealand. Our Process: Step 1: Email us the full set of tender documentation via dropbox or google/one drive link. Step 2: Upon receipt of the email, one of us will review the tender documentation and send an electronic quote with the cost of material take off and an expected takeoff return date for customer approval. Our intention is to give our customers the cost and timeframe certainty of the particular project. Step 3: Upon quote approval, the project will get assigned to an estimator and we commence our internal process of measuring and report generation based on customer needs and requirements. As we complete a preliminary takeoff, each project gets allocated to a Senior Estimator to peer review for the quality assurance process. Hence, we are able to reduce human errors substantially and ensure accuracy of our reports. Step 4: Upon completion of the material takeoffs, one of us will email our customer a link to access our website and create an account if they are accessing our website for the first time. Step 5: Once an account is created with us, the customer would be directed to Current Projects - where they can choose the required project, pay using bank transfer or credit/debit card and download the material takeoff report.
