Founded by Matt Gregory, Big Forest offers 1:1 leadership and performance coaching for founders, executives, and professionals seeking clarity, momentum, and purpose in their work. In addition to coaching, we take on select consulting projects with growth-oriented startups — helping teams align around strategy, operations, and new product development. We also produce Trail Map, a podcast about people forging bold, unconventional paths — from artists and athletes to entrepreneurs and scientists.
