Big Love Movement is creating positive awareness of mental health by sharing transformational tools; body-mindful movement, breath-work, mindfulness, and EFT tapping, to help you reconnect to your body, and support and sustain your health and daily well-being. Founder Becki Marie is a wellness educator curating and hosting workshops and events to educate people about mental health and the importance of sustainable self-care in our busy modern world. Becki's passion is teaching people how to regulate their nervous systems and support their daily well-being through breathwork, mindfulness (MBSR) and somatic movement. Becki has a holistic and body-mindful approach to the workshops and services she shares, creating a nurturing space for people to become more aware and learn to be fully resourced within their bodies. Big Love Movement promotes powerful yet accessible tools to self-soothe and support when life inevitably becomes stressful. It is our mission to help busy people reconnect to their bodies, become better advocates for mental health and understand how to support their mental and emotional well-being by providing accessible tools, practices and resources. Big Love Movement offers wellness workshops online and in-person, and seasonal retreats and bespoke experiences. Becki works with clients one-on-one and in group programs sharing MBSR, breathwork, somatic movement and EFT tapping to relieve pain and discomfort from the body and help them release limiting beliefs and overcome negative self-talk. Aspiring yogis can join the monthly membership and practise yoga and mindfulness with confidence from home in our live online wellness studio or through our on-demand Wellness Hub.
